Nofar Glaich-Dabach leads Pluri’s organizational culture and is responsible for organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee well-being. She joined the company’s Human Resources team in 2011 as an HR Specialist and steadily advanced through a range of leadership roles, including Director of HR. In 2025, she was appointed Vice President of Human Resources. With over a decade of experience in the field, Nofar brings deep expertise in human capital strategy and an intimate understanding of Pluri’s business and people. She holds both a master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Human Resources from the University of Haifa. She is also certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) by CPP and the Israeli Center for MBTI.
